At Smartly Collect, we value our customers and provide quality watches with confidence. All products come with a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is received.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection. Change of mind or damage after use is not eligible for return.
