Refund & Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a return authorization number along with the necessary instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We also offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please note that certain items, including personalized products, intimate items, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return or refund.
